This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the SEKEN website, operated by SEKENCO registered under the laws of India.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

• We currently ship across India.

• International shipping (if enabled in the future) will be subject to additional charges, customs duties, and delivery timelines.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During sales, drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 10–12 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas:12–15 business days

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Operational or logistical issues 

  • As Seken is a newly launched brand, we have a small inventory of items hence some items are manufactured after the orders confirmation, but full clarity will be shown in the delivery process and the whereabouts of the order.

• We are not responsible for delays beyond its control.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.

• Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to minimum order value and promotional terms.

• Charges may vary based on location, order size, or delivery method.

5. COURIER PARTNERS

• Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners.

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

• We are not liable for courier partner operational issues once the order is handed over.

6. PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED DROPS

• Pre-order or limited-edition items may have extended delivery timelines, which will be communicated on the product page.

• Delays in production or dispatch may occur due to manufacturing constraints.

• Pre-order items are shipped only once production is complete.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

• Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:

  • The order may be returned to origin

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

• Please ensure accurate shipping details while placing the order.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details.

• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Address changes are not guaranteed once the order is dispatched.

9. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.

• Lost or missing packages will be investigated with the courier partner.

• Resolution (replacement/refund) will be provided based on courier confirmation.

10. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

• In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately.

• Customers will be informed if this occurs.

11. RETURN/REFUND

• All purchases made on the SEKEN website are final.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• Returns or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Color preferences

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, images, and size charts before placing an order.

• Exceptions are only made in cases of:

  • Damaged products

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received

• Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

• Upon verification, SEKEN may offer a replacement or store credit, at its sole discretion.

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
