• Customer-initiated cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

• As we are a newly started brand, we have a smaller inventory hence delays are expected

• Pre-order items have longer processing times.

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary.

• Orders once placed for pre-order or limited-edition items cannot be cancelled or refunded unless otherwise stated.

  • With original tags and packaging

• Sale items, discounted items, or innerwear may be non-returnable.
